I was wondering what's a fast way to get from 13m- 35m for BGS?

Soloing bandos,Bandoing 2 men,Slayer,Farming Marigolds they sell 4k ea u get 1-4 per farm and they grow every 12 minuts. umm...tanning green d hides 240k an hour. or avenses or w/e called like 400k+ an hour there.
